On the surface, Raynard Nebbitt is a 58 year old man with developmental disabilities.  To many around St. Louis, he is community--a friend, a spark of energy, welcome, and joy.  Recently, the community started an effort to bring Raynard and his sister, Kathy, back to his hometown of Webster Groves.  A home has been identified and the remaining purchase price is needed to accommodate this move.  Individuals, families, organizations, and companies are rallying together to accomplish this goal.  You can help by making a tax-deductible contribution to the Order of Alhambra (an organization of young adults serving the developmentally disabled community of St. Louis).  O of A will is helping the Nebbitts purchase a home one block from the S.
